The programme has a modular structure and comprises approximately 320 contact lessons. Below is a brief overview of the contents of the individual modules:
1 – Advanced Legal Studies
In the Advanced Legal Studies module, students acquire in-depth expertise in trusteeship, foundation and establishment law, European law and European company law, the Anglo-American trust, constitutional law, and administrative organisation.
Through various case studies on incorporations, students engage with key issues that they will encounter in their future practice in fiduciary services.
2 – Liechtenstein-Specific Aspects, Advanced Due Diligence and Sanctions
In the Liechtenstein-Specific Aspects, Advanced Due Diligence and Sanctions module, students acquire skills in the areas of fiduciary professional law, international fiduciary services, corporate governance, and the legal and practical aspects of a fiduciary's executive role. Further essential topics include land transfer, trade, labour, and insolvency law. Through topic-specific and interdisciplinary case studies, students are enabled to apply the course content in a practical business environment.
