Liechtenstein Workshop on AI in Finance 2026

The Liechtenstein Business School is pleased to host the inaugural Liechtenstein Workshop on AI in Finance at the University of Liechtenstein on 6 – 7 May 2026. The workshop brings leading scholars working at the frontier of machine learning, large language models, and AI in finance to Vaduz for two days of concentrated discussion.
The format is deliberately compact: eleven invited papers, an academic discussant for each, and generous time for questions. Wednesday afternoon covers ML in asset pricing and LLMs in financial analysis. Thursday morning turns to applied work and is additionally open to practitioners with an academic background — asset managers, researchers at financial institutions, and quantitative analysts.
The workshop was conceived as the academic companion to the practitioner conference organised annually by PLEXUS Investments. We thank PLEXUS and its founder Günter Jäger for their generous support of the workshop and the speakers' dinner.
