Project Description

Understanding Pensions in Europe (UNPIE) was an Erasmus+ project to strengthen financial literacy in retirement provision. It developed two free, open online courses - an introductory course for the general public and an advanced course for students in finance and economics - as well as interactive pension-planning tools that remain available on the project website. The project was led by the University of Liechtenstein together with the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano and Keylane A/S. UNPIE was the starting point of the Erasmus+ series later continued by USAVE and IMAG.
