Roger Baumann has been working for Credit Suisse since 2005. He has been in his current position since 2006. As Vice President, Real Estate Asset Management, Roger heads up the Business Development within the department. His main area of responsibility is the management of several new project initiatives. The most recent initiative was to ensure a successful launch of the first sustainable real estate fund in Switzerland, namely the Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund Green Property. Upon joining Credit Suisse in 2005, Roger held the position of Senior Business Consultant within the Business Development of the Private Banking Division. Prior to Credit Suisse, Roger worked in a Real Estate Consulting Firm, namely pom+Consulting AG in Zurich. He began his career at pom+Consulting in 1998 where he held various positions. The most recent position held at pom+Consulting was Partner and Head of Acquisition and Marketing. Roger is currently also a member of the Advisory Board at Atel Eco Services AG.
