- Othmar Dendorfer is head of Group Learning & Development of the Liechtensteinische Landesbank. His tasks are focused on strategy implementing personnel development concepts, project-based change management, planning and implementation of the corporate training program, individual trainee and career coaching, support of team development processes as well as individual and group coaching.
After completion of his bank apprenticeship 1984 and several years in the field of client counselling, he became head of training at the Graubündner Kantonalbank. Between 1997 and 1999 he made a journey around the world and since 1999 he is working at the Liechtensteinische Landesbank. His education ranges from the certificate of proficiency as a commercial clerk over the federal diploma as a bank specialist to the Executive Master of Banking (FH). During this time he completed further education to the head of training (VSKP-SKAL) and federal company trainer (eidg. Dipl.) as well as in applied psychology, personality analysis and coaching.
As the owner of dendorfer development, he avocationally works since 2006 as a coach, assessor and trainer.
