The Liechtenstein Business Law School, represented by the Institute Director Ass.-Prof. Dr. iur. Alexandra Butterstein, LL.M., is composed of the Professorship of Company, Foundation and Trust Law, the Professorship of Banking and Financial Market Law, the Professorship of Economic Criminal Law, Compliance and Digitalization, the Professorship of Business Management Taxation & Tax Law as well as the Philantropy Center. The School uses cooperations between Liechtenstein associations, chambers and legal practitioners and trustees to address, research and provide knowledge on current key topics in education, training, research and knowledge transfer.
