Content ManagementDescription
The dissertation explores contemporary issues that arise during the implementation of ECM. The dissertation is paper-based (PhD by publication), and each paper addresses a selected set of ECM issues. The studies that constitute this dissertation are methodologically qualitative or design-oriented. Theoretically, the dissertation investigates the concept of ECM through a business process lens because the creation and use of content are deeply embedded in organizational business processes, and the implementation of ECM systems provides organizations with new opportunities for supporting content-related process activities.Reference to Liechtenstein
The dissertation deals with a topic of high regional relevance. Several companies from Liechtenstein, including Hilti, Hoval, Ivoclar Vivadent, and ThyssenKrupp Presta, as well as the Public Administration in Liechtenstein, serve as the case study partners. Keywords
