Entrepreneurial organizational units like research and development or corporate ventures differ significantly from other organizational units. The leaders and the employees of innovative units thus work in a specific context and a appropriate leadership behavior must be chosen. This research project is dedicated to Full-Range-Leadership and Empowering Leadership in an innovative context determined by strategy, structure and culture. A quantitative empirical research design with an online-based questionnaire and a subsequent analysis by a multi-level model is used in this research project.Reference to Liechtenstein
The research project is valuable for Liechtenstein and the neighboring Rhine valley. Here, important global drivers of innovation and technical leader in various industries are located. The research project examines how the leadership can be improved in entrepreneurial units of these companies. The company will benefit directly, as the executives surveyed get a detailed evaluation of their leadership behavior and thus can identify potential improvements. Indirectly, the companies benefit from the research results that are disseminated through appropriate channels.Keywords
