Taking responsibility and actively shaping things
A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a master's degree in business informatics from the University of Liechtenstein form the basis for my exciting and challenging work as a project manager in an international environment. As the person responsible for interfaces, it is of central importance to communicate with engineers, customers, suppliers as well as with your own management and to consider the corresponding requirements in the planning. Clear and transparent communication with all parties involved is the key here. In addition to the technical challenges, the focus is primarily on the people. Different backgrounds and cultures require a high degree of sensitivity and mutual understanding. Thanks to the University of Liechtenstein with its international orientation, I was able to gain very valuable experience in this regard in a wide variety of joint projects.
