We will visit and explore Venice during the seminar week and participate by the end of June
at the 17th Architecture Biennale. Our Inputs are focusing on writing as design, scenography,
publishing, mapping, model building and graphic design.
Meanwile the Heidegger building in Triesen has been built in translation, since it was
demolished at the beginning of the year. For the further work we upcycle on the collective
inventory, which has been produced last semester. The perception of buildings as structures
characterized by human interaction implies that buildings are strongly defined by the actions of
their users. Representation techniques and spatial transformation build the core elements of
our exploration. The design process consists of three phases (1) exploring and structuring the
“as found” situation and material, (2) analysing the constructed architectural narrations and (3)
inventing from the inventory. The findings will be transformed into a spatial design, a series of
conversations and a first publication for the participation at the 17th Architecture Biennale in
