School leavers are faced with a challenge when it comes to choosing from among the vast range of possible courses of study. So as to make it easier for them to get their bearings, the University of Liechtenstein held an Infotag [Information Day] on Saturday 22 November 2014 from 1.00 to 4.00 pm.

Infotag 2014 yields insights into study courses at the University of Liechtenstein
The Information Day offers an ideal platform for school leavers, students and persons interested in further education to form a direct impression on site of the possibilities of study or further education open to them, and to have a personal experience of the campus atmosphere. Along with information about BA courses in the subjects of Business Administration and Architecture & Spatial Development, the MA courses in Entrepreneurship, Finance, Information Systems and Architecture and the two PhD courses in Business Economics and Architecture & Planning were presented to the public.

Personal meetings with professors and lecturers give prospective students the opportunity of getting answers to their questions about university study and study courses. Direct contact with students also offers those attending the event valuable suggestions and tips for daily life on the campus. The Information Day is moreover open to anyone interested in extending their professional skills or looking for new career challenges. Courses of further training are offered in fields which make up the university’s key areas of expertise – Financial Services, Entrepreneurship, Information Systems and Architecture & Spatial Development.

The Infotag event is also used by student initiatives like START, UniSport, the University of Liechtenstein Students’ Union (ULSV) and the students’ office Spinnerei, in order to give prospective students valuable tips for student life in the personal campus atmosphere of the university.

In addition, student reporters are again traversing the campus and providing live reports of the event. Their impressions can be followed live on the social media channels of the University of Liechtenstein (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
