In the course of the Liechtenstein Congress the participants were offered to join in one of 5 excursions to best-practice sustainability projects in the region. One of them was a guided tour over the campus of the University of Liechtenstein with the uniGO-Team.
In the course of the Liechtenstein Congress the participants were offered to join in one of 5 excursions to best-practice sustainability projects in the region. One of them was a guided tour over the campus of the University of Liechtenstein with the uniGO-Team.
The University of Liechtenstein develops its own sustainability strategy. The team of the uniGO - University of Liechtenstein Green Organisation is actively engaged in forwarding sustainability topics into daily university life.
Maria Rutzmoser, representative of the uniGo-Team introduced the project and guided a tour through the building, showing first steps the university is going towards a sustainability.
UniGO's sustainability proposal focusses on four key areas:
- sustainable catering
- mobility
- energy
- the content of studies and research
A small and engaged group of conference participants took part in the tour. Due to their interest and expertise in the field, it was an enriching experience exchange for the uniGO-Team as well as the participants.
