On Thursday, 3 April 2014, Rector Klaus Näscher warmly welcomed students of the Trust Services diploma course, the certificated Intellectual Property course and the MAS master’s degree in Business Administration and Engineering to their concluding ceremony.

Certificates and diplomas were then handed over to all successful students of the Trust Services and Intellectual Property courses by the holder of the Chair of Social, Foundation and Trust Law, Professor Francesco A. Schurr. Director of Studies Dr Barbara Fuchs conferred the MAS Business Administration and Engineering degrees.
Awards for exceptional performance
The prize for outstanding performance on the Trust Services diploma course was once against sponsored this year by the Liechtenstein Chamber of Trustees, who thus emphasised their excellent partnership with the university in the field of continuing studies.

His Serene Highness Prince Michael of Liechtenstein, Member of the Management Board of the Liechtenstein Chamber of Trustees, personally awarded the prizes to the successful students Christina Erhart from Lustenau, of LNR Lorenz Nesensohn Rabensen Lawyers, and Daniel Lämmler from Buchs, of Allgemeines Treuunternehmen [the General Trust Company], both of whom achieved an average mark of 5.5,

The highest performing student on the certificated Intellectual Property course, Frédérique Lambrecht from Vaduz, of the Stabstelle EWR [EWR Administrative Department] was personally congratulated by Certificated Engineer Tobias M. Pischetsrieder, representing Kaminski Harmann Patent Lawyers, by whom the prize is financed. Mr Lambrecht had achieved an average mark of 5.2.

Dr Barbara Fuchs, finally, handed over the prize for the best performance on the MAS Business Administration and Engineering master’s degree course to Florian Eberle from Wolfurt in Voralberg, of the planning and architects’ office Atrium Warger & Fink GmbH, who achieved an average mark of 5.7.
Another prize was sponsored by the new HOI shop in Vaduz and Cornelia Wolf, the managing director and winner of the Businessplan Competition 2013. This went to Felipe Segatto from Chur, of ThyssenKrupp Presta AG, for his master thesis which earned a mark of 5.7.
As representative of the student body, August Schärli of ENLUF AG in Klosters, himself a former MAS Business Administration and Engineering student, gave the concluding address.
