Lectures Method
The module integrates theoretical knowledge and practical skills with the following components:
- Lecture with interactive elements and teaching cases
- Seminar based on a real-world case
The objective of the Process Implementation seminar is the practical application of methods taught in the Process Implementation lecture.
The e-learning platform Moodle will be used throughout the course for the dissemination of course material and discussions.

Exam Modalities
The assessment of the module Business Process Implementation consists of three parts. The written exam covers the content of the lecture. The project work is a written report and a presentation on the important steps and results of the seminar. Through the oral examination the contribution of each individual students to the seminar will be evaluated.
The examination results will be provided within six weeks after the examination date. Please contact the director of module in case of any questions.
