- Result Effect of Risks, Structuring of Conditions, Balance Sheet Structure, Market Interest Method, Capital Resources Requirement, and Differing Economic Scenarios
- Implementation of a Bank Strategy in Terms of Product, Personnel and Marketing
- Reaction to Change in Framework Conditions
Learning Outcomes
- Based on the strategic analysis instruments, applying various strategy concepts regarding the retail banking and private banking segments
- Recognizing the connections between and effectiveness of the sub-areas of comprehensive bank management on the bank balance sheet and profit and loss statement
- Evaluating incomplete information and risk assessment for a bank
- Recognising, correcting and integrating deviations/erroneous trends in the course of the game and integrating further ideas

This lecture is elective. Students can participate in the course either in Potsdam/Berlin or in London. Note that constraints on the number of participants travelling to the each destination apply.
