In addition to the latest trends in compliance, this year's Compliance-Day 2023 will once again focus on the present topic of developments in the area of due diligence.
The first block of the Compliance-Day 2023 is dedicated to four highly relevant developments in the field of compliance. First, challenges in the context of ESG will be highlighted before SFDR Compliance as well as Product Governance will be discussed in detail. In addition, ESG compliance and the collapse of the crypto exchange FTX and the conclusions to be drawn from this will be addressed.
Following a Q&A session, the second block focuses on due diligence. Here, developments in the area of risk management, the FMA's Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologie (IKT)-Richtlinie, current case law on due diligence and fiduciary law will be highlighted and discussed.
