The new notaries Act - Background, opportunities and limits
The Liechtenstein Notaries Act introducing the profession of notary came into force on 1st January 2020. This henceforth enables notarizations and certifications to be carried out in Liechtenstein and offers a number of opportunities for the financial and economic center.
Dr. Helmut Schwärzler MM, lawyer and partner of the law firm Schwärzler Attorneys at Law, together with Hannah Blecha LL.B., junior lawyer at Schwärzler Attorneys at Law, will explain the background, opportunities and limits of the Notaries Act. The possibilities of integrating these services into legal advice will also be discussed.
After the lecture, there is the opportunity for discussion and expert exchange.
