The Liechtenstein legal system is subject to major change due to many reasons. Complete reforms and profound revisions of traditional statutory legislation appear on the agenda almost daily. With our "Lunch & Learn" series, we offer practitioners in Liechtenstein an opportunity to consider the impact of legal reforms and other legal issues within a short time - during lunch break - and to acquire the tools required to implement those new insights in their professional daily business life.
A significant partial reform of the code of civil procedure will enter into force on the 1st January 2019. This reform of the Liechtenstein code of civil procedure, the most extensive in many decades, will introduce a large number of far-reaching innovations that will affect both first instance civil proceedings and, in particular, appeal proceedings.
Lawyer Dr. Robert Schneider has been practising for many years in the area of civil proceedings at the Princely Court. He will give you an informative overview of the most important innovations in civil procedure law.
