In good time before coming to a decision on where to go from a BA course in Architecture, prospective students from all universities will have the opportunity of forming a personal impression and judging whether the Master’s degree at the University of Liechtenstein opens up new horizons and professional prospects as a follow-up to a BA. After a presentation introducing the course, the professors of the Institute of Architecture and Spatial Development will be available to answer individual questions.
Practical impressions
In conclusion, from 6.30 pm on, the Liechtenstein architect Ralf Jehle (www.jehle-schelling.com/), a former student of the University of Liechtenstein, will give an account of his work as part of the Nudelgespräche [Noodle Talks] lecture series, which is organised by the students. As well as talking, he will be serving his favourite noodle dish to the audience.
Regional solutions in a global context
The Architecture MA course at the University of Liechtenstein focuses on research into global connections. An interdisciplinary and international approach forms the basis for cross-comparisons with other sciences, methods, cultures and geographical/social situations. Sustainable architectural planning, building and research in the Alpine Rhine Valley is viewed in a scientific and global perspective. This will encourage the development of experimental and visionary solutions for a futuristic and socially beneficial approach to spatial development.
