Description

Process Management is an invaluable management approach in modern organizations. This module conveys the fundamental building blocks of process management. Thereby, it introduces basic stages of the process lifecycle, including the discovery, analysis, improvement, implementation and monitoring of a business process. It will introduce tools to facilitate and improve process work.
