Guidelines for Practice
Together with international colleagues, the Institute of Information Systems developed principles of good business process management (BPM) in the context of a BPM workshop with numerous company representatives and international academics in Liechtenstein. The results were published in the Business Process Management Journal and made available for practitioners as a class note in BPTrends and as a slide deck on SlideShare. The principles received much attention from practitioners from all over the world.
