- Simon Winker has a diploma in Architecture from the Technical University Munich and is a graduate in French language and literature from the Sorbonne in Paris. He completed his postgraduate studies in Area Planning at the ETH Zurich. He is Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) London and since 2006 he serves as the President of the Alvar Aalto Association in Helsinki for the Swiss Branch. Since 2007 he is appointed assistant professor at the Swiss Real Estate School (SVIT in real estate development and project management. He headed several leadership real estate panels as the Zurich Real Estate Symposium in New York, the Switzerland podium at EXPO Real in Munich and the Investors part at the SWISS Equity Day in Zurich for Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility. As he has many years of professional experience as a property developer in Switzerland and Germany, he worked for Sir Norman Foster Associate London/Hongkong.Since January 2013 Simon C. Winker MRICS is nominated as Member of the Group Leadership Team, Switzerland of Implenia Schweiz AG, Winterthur the largest construction and and development company in Switzerland. He is heading the new formatted Acquisition and Customer Servies Department and and is leading the Zurich and Winterthur Region of Implenia Development as director.
