For a week we will receive input from regional and local actors in the Grosses Walsertal valley. We will use the time to experience the valley with all our senses. On individual field-trips on foot, by bike or public transport you will have the chance to discover new methods of tracking, mapping, and documenting the qualities of the region. In integrated workshops we will investigate the current situation in the valley. We will develop first drafts of urban visions and possible spatial scenarios for the valley. Participants will gather their findings in a research diary.
As a luxurious start to the week we will bathe in Buchbodens sulphurous spring on Sunday evening. We will live and work in the valley. A joint-review with the other two Master Design Seminars will conclude the week on Friday.
